It's All Relative

The new Emarosa album leaked, entitled Relativity. I like it a lot, they really showed that scene bands don't have to play exactly what the band ahead of them did and can sound great doing it. Jonny Craig's probably my favorite current singer right now. Dude's fucking amazing, and the switch from their old sound to a more ambient backdrop for him fits perfect. This is the first track on the album, which is probably the best way I can imagine starting a record.

I figured the first productive thing I should do is make a list of all the upcoming movies I want to see.

The Foot Fist Way: Currently in theaters, but only one in the city right now. I think I might be going Tuesday to see it.

The Dark Knight: July 18th. I want nothing more in the world right now than to see this movie.

Step Brothers: July 25th. There's no way this movie isn't better than Will and John's last few movies.

Pineapple Express: August 8th. Still not really sure what I think about this, but it'll be funny.

Hell Ride: August 8th (Limited). Exploitation + Michael Madsen + Dennis Hopper + QT= Something I'm going to like.

The Perfect Game: August 8th. Could be the next The Sandlot, and I fucking love baseball.

Tropic Thunder: August 15th. For no other reason than RDJ in the role of an Australian actor in black face.

Bangkok Dangerous: September 5th. Happy birthday to me! I smell another Crank in the making, either that or I just pissed myself at how awesome this clip is. 

Burn After Reading: September 12th. Coens. Pitt. Clooney. Malkovich. Yep.

Welp...

I don't really know what I'm going to do with this yet. I guess I'll ramble about things that piss me off and post music/videos/pictures I like.

I should set my time zone to Hawaii time so people won't think I'm weird for posting in the middle of the night... But then I'd just be a liar. And if there's one thing in this world I hate most, it's lying bloggers.
